Business Debt Settlement in Georgia

Help for business owners facing business credit cards, loans, vendor collections, and personally guaranteed debt

Debt can become overwhelming — whether you owe a few thousand dollars or several million. Running a business and falling behind on commercial obligations is a different kind of stress. Vendors call. Lenders threaten suit. Personal guarantees can put your home and savings at risk.

At Debt Freedom GA, we help businesses and business owners explore practical solutions for resolving debts they can no longer afford. There is no minimum or maximum amount of debt we can settle. When you meet with us, we will thoroughly analyze your situation and craft the best solution for you. We care about YOU. We won’t ever try to force you into a particular solution.

Business debts we help negotiate

  • Business loans and lines of credit
  • Commercial credit cards
  • Equipment and vehicle financing
  • Merchant and vendor obligations
  • Personally guaranteed business debts

How we help

  • Evaluate your financial situation and the debts you owe — including entity vs. personal liability and guarantees
  • Help determine whether debt settlement is the right option for you
  • Explain the benefits, possible risks, and consequences of settlement
  • Communicate and negotiate directly with your creditors
  • If necessary, handle Court filings
  • Pursue lump-sum or payment plan settlements based on your circumstances
  • Work toward the best discount a creditor is willing to accept — results vary, and no particular savings is promised
  • Document the terms of any accepted settlement clearly

Settlement is not always the right tool

Bankruptcy may be appropriate when you simply do not have enough income or assets to repay your debts at all — or when you need broader protection. There are pros and cons to debt settlement and bankruptcy, and the analysis of which is best can be complex. We handle settlement, Chapter 7, and Chapter 13. If you already know which option you want, we can do that work. We will not force you into a particular solution.

FAQs

Can you settle SBA loans?

Usually, yes. Settlement or compromise options are usually available depending on the loan and circumstances. We evaluate what may be realistic — no guaranteed outcome.

What if I personally guaranteed the debt?

Personal guarantees are common. We can still settle the debt. We look at both the business obligation and your personal exposure when building a strategy.

Do you help if I have already been sued?

Yes — many business debts arrive in collections or litigation. Call promptly so we can discuss negotiation and court timing. Bankruptcy may also be an option.

Is this only for Atlanta companies?

No, we work with business debts throughout the state of Georgia. We work with Georgia clients from our Johns Creek, Monroe, and Snellville offices, with phone and video consults also available.
